VM Electro Pack Private Limited , is a well known Manufacturer of Paper Honeycomb Core, Edge Boards and much more.
We aspired to start a packaging unit and had the option of choosing expanded polystyrene or paper. Given that polystyrene is a pollutant, we chose to follow the path of paper based packaging but gave it a great amount of thought. The result was vm technocoatings.
We started operations in greater noida with a plant to manufacture multilayered kraft paper edge protectors. Later, we diversified into paper honeycomb laminates. The twin combination of paper edge protectors and honeycomb resulted in innovative developments of eco-friendly, strong, sustainable packaging solutions as a replacement of expanded polystyrene.
Be local. Go global. That is our driving ambition. It has led us to develop indigenous, innovative techniques focused on using design structurals to deliver cost effective and strong packaging solutions. More and more companies now choose our paper based recyclable packaging, recognizing value and that it is our contribution to save the world.
While we excel in engineering, we focus on design too. Our unit has a centralized designing unit backed by engineering support to come up with radical solutions based on honeycomb-edge protector combinations. The focus is on blending design with structural strength in a light-weight protective shell to withstand rigors of handling and transport.
At the same time, we are working on design of new line of furniture and products based entirely on this combination, possibly contributing to low cost housing development too. The sky is the limit but our roots are firmly grounded. Nothing is impossible.
